A:Please provide us the brand model of your existing crawler excavator. If it is not a standard model, please provide the weight of the excavator and measure the dia meter and bolt hole spacing of the central connection(CAD design is better).

Q:The height of the modified excavator has increased a lot. Will the operating range change a lot?
A:After the modification, the original arm can meet most construction conditions. In some special construction environments, the original boom can be replaced by an long boom. And can install equipment such as a suction pump.

Q:I don’t have people who knows how to install the pontoon. How could I do?
A:We use the pin design to connect the components, can be installed without professional training.We also provide a video of the on-site installation process for reference.


Q:I don’t have driver who has driven an amphibious excavator. How could I do?
A:The operation of an amphibious excavator is the same as the normal excavator. No need to hire a professional amphibious excavator operator. If there is a need, we can provide short-term operation training, or send a professional to the site to guide installation, operation, maintenance, etc.

Q:Your pontoon has no check holes, how to maintain it?
